An AI-enabled SaaS platform for real estate marketing and agent workflows
Metra.media brings together tools for property image enhancement, listing and content creation, ready-to-use publications, and everyday real estate workflows. I independently designed and built both the public website and the SaaS platform — from the product model and user journeys to AI integrations, data, payments, and production deployment.

Context and challenge
A real estate agent faces a long tail of repetitive work around property photos, listings, publications and promotion. Different tasks mean different disconnected services, with material carried between them by hand.
For an independent specialist or a small team it is hard to close deals and keep marketing running at the same time: that normally takes dedicated people and time the deal work does not leave.
The product had to bring working AI tools, ready-to-use content and a user dashboard together in one place. At the same time the interface had to make sense to someone with no technical background and behave like a real service rather than a collection of AI demos.
Who the product is for
- independent real estate agents
- brokers and new-build specialists
- small real estate agencies
- specialists who run their own listings and social media
- users with no technical background
Two applications, one product
Metra.media consists of two applications. metra.media is the public website with the product description, pricing, materials and sign-in. lk.metra.media is the dashboard that holds the working tools.
Together they form a single journey: discovering the product, signing up, working with the tools, and managing the profile and access. The product covers far more than image generation — it also holds content, market news, a knowledge base, an AI chat, pricing logic and an administrative side.
Photos and listings
Property image processing, image enhancement, work with floor plans and preparation of listing material.
Content generator
Text and visuals for posts and stories, with settings for format, tone of voice and source material.
Ready-to-use content
Publications and materials the user can adapt for their own work and social media.
Market news
A separate feed of industry stories with filtering and AI-prepared summaries of the sources.
AI chat and knowledge base
Help with an agent’s day-to-day questions and access to structured reference material.
Dashboard and onboarding
Sign-up, profile, generation balance, user settings and a step-by-step introduction to the service.
Pricing and payment flows
Free access, generation packages, subscriptions, promo codes and control over access to product capabilities.
Administration
Management of content, pricing mechanics, promo codes and the core product figures.
My role
I independently led the full product cycle: from defining the product model and user journeys to building both applications, the server-side infrastructure, AI features and payment flows. AI-assisted development helped accelerate design, implementation and scenario testing, while the product requirements, architectural decisions, quality control and direction remained my responsibility.
- defined the product model and the structure of the Metra.media services
- identified the core day-to-day scenarios of a real estate agent
- designed the information architecture of the public website
- designed the structure and navigation of the dashboard
- designed the UX/UI of both the public website and the SaaS platform
- independently built the frontend of both applications
- implemented the backend flows and the work with data
- designed the database schema and the user entities
- set up sign-up, authentication, the profile and onboarding
- integrated AI tools for text and images
- implemented server-side control of the generation balance and access
- set up pricing, payment flows and promo codes
- built the content, market news and knowledge base sections
- prepared the administrative interfaces
- carried out the production deployment of both applications
- set up the basic SEO/GEO groundwork of the public website
- verified the key user and technical scenarios
- continue to support and develop the product
I built Metra.media not as a set of disconnected AI demos, but as one product where an agent can sign up, solve a specific piece of work, and come back for the next tool without switching between separate services.
From an idea to a working SaaS product
- Research
Needs and the product model
Identified the key repetitive tasks real estate agents face, the structure of the product line, and the user path from a first look at the service to working inside the dashboard.
- Design
Two applications, shared logic
Designed the public website, the structure of the SaaS platform, the user roles, the data, the pricing scenarios and how the main product sections relate to each other.
- 2 months
Independent implementation
Using AI-assisted development, independently built the frontend, the backend, the database, the AI integrations, the payment flows and the administrative features.
- 1 July 2026
Public launch
Took the public website and the SaaS platform into production. Since launch I have continued to support the infrastructure, improve the tools and extend the product scenarios.
Technology and approach
The product is made up of two standalone applications sharing one server infrastructure. The architecture had to support user sign-up, the AI tools, storage of data and images, usage limits, payments and regular product development.
Public website
Next.js and TypeScript power the product pages, the blog, pricing, SEO/GEO markup and the hand-off into the dashboard.
SaaS platform
React, Vite and TypeScript power the dashboard, the working screens, the user scenarios and the administrative interfaces.
Backend and data
Supabase and PostgreSQL handle authentication, storage of user data, work with files, server-side operations and access separation.
AI, payments and production
OpenRouter connects the text and image models, YooKassa handles the payment flows, and Timeweb hosts the applications and the server infrastructure.
Outcome
Metra.media went into production as a single product made up of a public website and a SaaS platform for real estate agents.
- the public launch took place on 1 July 2026
- 84 real estate agents have registered
- 10 AI tools are available to users
- all 10 published user-facing tools are available in production
- the public website and the dashboard form one product journey
- sign-up, profiles, pricing and access control are in place
- AI scenarios work for text, images and property material
- the ready-to-use content, news, chat and knowledge base sections are built
- the product is hosted in production and actively supported
- development has continued since launch

Current status
The public website and the SaaS platform run in production. Every published user-facing tool is available, and 84 real estate agents have registered on the service. I continue to support the infrastructure, improve the user scenarios and develop the product.
The next steps are about extending the tools, improving the quality of the user experience, and broadening the scenarios for independent agents and real estate agencies.
